Gyoza

Shelli and I made gyoza for the first time tonight. We used a pork based recipe from my mom to create these Japanese dumplings, also known as pot-stickers. Growing up, I would eat these wonderful Japanese treats all the time. It was only a matter of time before I ventured into making these for myself. Now I just need to take after my dad and make the gyoza skins from scratch as well.
